Ryugi Deep Tracer

The Ryugi Deep Tracer minimizes the loss of plug movement and casting ability, and while maintaining snagless performance, it sends plugs to areas that could only be reached with worms or large crankbaits. The shallower the water, the more plug options there are. However, as the water gets deeper, the options become more limited. It was difficult to conquer deep ranges with small crankbaits or large big baits.

One option was to use a plate weight or heavy Carolina rig to make the plug dive, but the former had the weakness that the plug action would be disrupted if the weight was increased, and the latter had the weakness that the casting and snagless performance would decrease. This sinker minimizes the decrease in plug movement and casting performance and maintains snagless performance, sending plugs to areas that could only be reached with worms or large crankbaits. That is the Deep Tracer. Invading areas that have previously refused the entry of such plugs will produce otherworldly catches.
