The freight carrier depends on the delivery location, typically we use DHL and UPS.

However PostNord and FedEx may also need to be used for certain addresses.

Please note, if we cannot use the above services to make a delivery to you, we reserve the right refund the order.

Delivery times will vary according to the final address and location.

Yes, you are welcome to return a product within 30days, in new (unopened) condition.

Please note there is a return shipping fee.

There is no cost if an item is returned in new condition.

We do however charge a return shipping fee.

We include all sizing information that we have within the product description.

Many items come from Japan where sizing can be smaller than European sizing.
